Tough Love Family Support

Tough Love Family Support Meetings provides help to the family members and significant others who are affected by a love one’s drug and alcohol problem. Tough Love endeavors to assist family members in breaking unhealthy patterns of behavior in relationships. A codependent relationship is a mutually dependent and supporting relationship of one person with another person. Codependency is a form of an addiction to a person or a relationship and the problems that the relationship brings. It is a pattern of learned behaviors, learned feelings and learned beliefs that make a person’s life inter-reliant to a sometime painful relationship. It is a dependency on people and things outside of self to the point of self-neglect.

We are men and women from every walk of life who have a loved one suffering from addiction or we may be struggling with the bondage of toxic (unhealthy) relationships. Our coming together is a way of supporting each other through the sharing of our experiences.

The mission of the Free N One, Tough Love Ministry is to provide help to family members and significant others through our Tough Love family support meetings. This could be anybody who is closely interacting with individuals who are or have been in bondage to compulsive addictive behaviors. Free N One, Tough Love Ministries endeavor to assist family members in breaking free from unhealthy patterns of behavior in relationships. This is accomplished through the use of biblical principals and insights presented by the 12-step program. The Free N One, Tough Love methods are designed to pave the way to spiritual, emotional and physical wholeness in Christ.
