“A Safe Place” Youth Program

Free N One Youth Counseling provides professional support, direction, life-skills, and education for youth and family members that struggle with the growing pains of life. With one on one and group counseling we assist, support, teach how and encourage youth to change their negative behaviors and, at the same time, teach them effective ways to increase their self-confidence, self-esteem and self-love.

Free N One Health & Wellness School Program operates on elementary, middle and high school campuses in and around the Los Angeles area. We provide counseling for students that struggle with day to day problems that limit their ability to obtain a good education. Because of resent budget cuts school are handicapped when it comes to dealing with peer pressure, anger issues, drug and alcohol related problems, grief and lost, and family related problems. We work closely with teachers, students and staff to help students educational experiences a healthy experience.

Free N One “Bullies No more” program. This program educates teachers, students, and family members on the dangers of bullies, and how to recognize this danger in the school. Bullies No More, gives supports for targeted students, empower bystanders, and assist in developing mentors to make school a Safe Place. A confidential email address is posted in various places around campus so anyone can feel free without being targeted a “snitch” to report alleged bulling on campus.  Bullies No More can address the student body in school assemblies, using interactive presentations, skits, providing high energy, educational assembly programs guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on students and teachers alike.
